Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1811 - 1817 and 1824 - 1850)
Plate, earthenware, recessed footring, centre printed in black with a bust of James Teare of Preston, inscribed JAMES TEAR to left of head, and PRESTON to right, and 'The indefatigable Advocate of Total Abstinence from all intoxicating Liquors.', underneath. Rim painted with a simple continuous border pattern of dark green leaves and purple berries. Cracked.
