Bowl, hard-paste porcelain possibly with white tin-glaze, short foot-rim and rounded sides; painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior scattered sprays and sprigs of crudely stylized European flowers, a further sprig to the interior, a red and a black line around the exterior lip-rim.
