Left to right - Glyn Morgan ('shut down'), Manager; Mansell Howells (Manager's clerk); Cliff Stinchcombe (NUM Secretary), Jack Howells (NUM Chairman). Glyn Morgan was known as 'shut down' by the men who thought he had been brought in to close the pit.
