Cover, hard-paste porcelain, circular domed form with a finial in the form of a flower bud with leaves; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to one side a small landscape with a building and a large cross in the foreground, around the top of the cover a blue band entwined by puce floral festoons, a further blue band around the lower sides of the cover, the finial picked out in gilt, a gilt dentil edge to the rim.
