Iron Age / Roman antler curved plaque
Curved plaque of antler with squared terminal decorated with a groove bordered by a pair on incised lines. The upper surface is polished and has nine countersunk perforations. THis objects has been interpreted as the wrest-plank of a stringed musical instrument similar to a harp or lyre.
