Preissler, Ignaz (Hausmaler painter, 1676-1741)
Leaf-dish, hard-paste porcelain, moulded leaf shape with twig handle, moulded foliate sprigs on bottom forming foot stand; decorated in iron-red and black enamel, the upper surface with a putto riding a dolphin, holding a sword in the air, ornamental scrolling to lip, underside decorated with a border of scrolling with a putto holding a bow, birds, bowl of fruit and basket of fruit.
