Cup, coffee
Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Coffee cup, clear white translucency, lustrous glaze; standing on a stepped foot, tub-shaped sides swelling to the lip, standard high kidney-shaped and scrolled handle, distorted to the right; the cup decorated with a gilt line to the foot, and painted with two bouquets of garden flowers, gilt line at the lip, deckelled on the interior, with band of gilt husks below, single pink rose painted at the bottom of the cup.
