Mug, soft-paste porcelain, standing on a flattened-off foot-rim, cylindrical body slightly flaring at the base and mouth, grooved loop handle curving outwards at the lower terminal; painted in polychrome enamels with to the exterior body a chinoiserie-style design of a fence with trees issuing flowering branches at either end and a small flowering shrub in the centre, clouds above the design, border to the exterior lip-rim of a pattern of red and blue lines and green conventional leaves.
