ST. PATRICK, photograph
Black and white photograph showing the ST. PATRICK at Penarth Pontoon following a collision.
The S.S. ST. PATRICK was one of three sister vessels built for the G.W.R. in 1906 for the newly-inaugurated Fishguard-Rosslare ferry service. She was built by John Brown, and saw service as a hospital ship during World War I. She caught fire while moored at Fishguard on 7 April 1929 and was sold for scrap the following year after her engines had been transferred to the St Andrew (1908).
