One piece of paper (cut from a magazine ?)- on one side is a drawn image (printed) of the arrival of the seventh New York at Annapolis, April 20, 1861, on the way to Washington. On reverse is hand written (printed) 'If anyone attempts to haul down the American flag, shoot him on the spot, John A Dix, Secretary of the Hearing [?] .
