Dish, muffin; and cover
Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Muffin dish with cover, soft-paste porcelain, the stand with a white, slightly green translucency, the cover with an earthy, redish translucency; the stand with a flared foot rim curving into rounded spreading sides and everted lip, with a ridge to hold the cover; large domed cover with a fluted acorn finial; painted in polychrome enamels with flower sprays - five on the stand and four, crisply painted on the cover.
