Cup, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curvng sides, the handle broken off and missing so that only the spreading leaves at the terminals remain; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the front of the exterior body a riverside landscape with figures and buildings, a floral sprig to the interior bottom of the bowl, a worn gilt edge to the lip-rim, the spreading leaves at the terminals of the handle picked out in gilt. The lip-rim chipped. Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, circular shape with short cylindrical foot-rim and curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a riverside landscape with figures and buildings, a worn gilt edge to the rim.
