Inkpot
Small flask or inkpot of grey stoneware, standing on a raised waisted foot integral to the body, the body globular, tapering toward shoulder then forming a flared mouth with shelving interior sides leading to narrow mouth aperture; the pale grey stoneware body covered with a thin clear salt glaze with some streaks of iron-brown colouration; the neck and shoulder restored in plaster, the neck detached from the shoulder at the join point of the original body and the plasterwork restoration.
