Plate, dessert
Dessert plate, bone china, good near-white translucency and clear glaze, moulded and jiggered, plain foot and everted rim, rim with six small and six large shallow lobes; centre painted with a bouquet comprising a pink and white rose, thistles, shamrock and a leek, tied in a bow of blue ribbon, one side of which bears the union flag, cavetto ornamented with tooled and dentil gilding, green ground to the rim, reserved with three trefoil panels of flowers, between a diaper of gilt ribbons beaded in relief enclosing a single pointille beaded dot.
