Medieval pottery vessel
A medieval cooking pot probably from the 11th to 12th centuries. The fragments include rim sherds, body sherds and base sherds. The rim sherd inlcudes the side of a deliberately drilled hole, probably made when somebody was trying to repair it with rivets. This hints at the pot being broken and repaired at some point in its life.
