Plate, earthenware, circular shape with inset base, curving sides and spreading rim, eight notches and lobes to the rim, the rim embossed with moulded anthemions interspersed with moulded acanthus leaves, gadrooned edge to the outer rim; freely painted in pink, purple, blue and green with to the well a wreath of pink, purple and blue flowers and foliage, pink bands to the edge of the well and the rim, the moulded anthemions overpainted in pink, blue and green.
