Depiction of the Mocking of Christ, originally located above window in north wall of the nave (W6). Christ is central figure shown full face with halo and curling hair and split beard. On either side are figures shown in profile deliberately caricatured with bulbous noses and expressions of hatred; they are spitting at the face of Christ who, passively, accepts the torments.
