Inside, the text is handwritten in black ink on off-white, blue ruled paper.The pages are numbered from 1-283, stamped in black ink in the top corner of each page. The Institution of Mining Electrical & Mechanical Engineers South Wales Branch, minute book, July 1923 - November 1929. Also loose within the book is a cream leaflet printed in black ink, for the 1926 Annual General Meeting in Brecon, held on 8th May, 1926.
