General view looking down Milford Haven from Pembroke Dock. Nearest the camera on the right is a four funnelled turtle backed destroyer, and to the left of that is a composite gunboat (1880/90 vintage). Further to the left of that is a group of turtle backed destroyers. In the middle distance stretching to the background are ships of the fleet in line ahead, mostly two funnelled pre-dreadnought class battleships. The photograph shows in all 35 warships.
