Early Iron Age bronze socketed axe
Large axe mouth fragment with diverging sides and a heavy bi-conical collar with a faint lower mouth moulding above the upper loop arm. The axe has a back-to-front mouth and a wide loop. There are no decorative ribs or roundels. Black patination on the surface may be tenorite?
