Conveyance indenture for G.K.N Cwmbran property

Typed in black ink on off-white paper with handwritten details in black ink. Indenture for the conveyance of freehold property No.8 Upland Terrace, Cwmbran. Conveyance of property from Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Limited to Mrs M.A Clark. Dated 1st May 1941. Also pinned to the conveyance is a plan of the property on cream paper, with certain areas of the plan highlighted using green and pink coloured pencil. Also pinned to the document is a typed note re. the boundaries highlighted in the plan.
