Pardoe, Thomas (1770-1823)
Soup plate, hybrid-paste porcelain with a slight deep buff translucency; standing on a deep cylindrical foot rim, with curved spreading sides and a straight everted lip with six notches; painted in the centre with a spray of yellow, purple, pink and white flowers, including an orchid; three sprigs around the edge; gilt lip.
