Bottle, feeding
Feeding bottle, earthenware, a flat flask-shaped vessel with a narrow mouth at one end, in the centre of the flat upperside is a round hole surrounded by a raised rim; transfer-printed in pale blue with to the flat underside and upperside two different Chinese-style scenes with pagodas, oriental trees, islands in an expanse of water and a bridge, border around the rounded sides of the bottle and to the mouth of of lattice-work and scale patterns, a moth, scrolls and Greek key-shapes.
