Full title: Rescue Attempt. State Police Sgt Ralph Smith is lowered from a helicopter today to transfer a rescue harness to Jerry Wenrich, 25, a tower maintenance man who got stranded about 200 feet above ground while working on a cable at a tower at the H.S. Navel radio station near Annapolis today. Wenrich was then taken off unharmed and brought to the ground.
