Early Medieval human remains
The individual is described on the burial summary sheet as being an extended, supine inhumation within a plain grave, ankles and wrists together 'as if bound', and missing feet. This is not reflected in the skeletal elements present. The skeleton was overlain by SK 753/754.
Elements present: Crania fragments, a few vertebrae fragments, a few rib fragments, n=1 loose tooth (upper incisor, pathology: enamel hypoplasia), L femur, L and ?R fibula, proximal and distal epiphyses of L tibia (pathology: eburnation on distal femur and proximal tibia) L patella (pathology: osteophytes), R talus, unidentified long bone fragments, miscellaneous unidentified fragments.
