Four poster bed, part of
One of four early 16th century turned posts belonging to Sir Rhys ap Thomas bedstead, profusely carved with heraldic motifs surrounded by decorative patterns including; various Tudor rose motifs; back surface of post has been left uncarved; joined to the top of the post above is a decorative turned surmount of a lighter coloured wood with carved leaves and at the bottom of the post is added a corner cornice and heavy square section leg and foot with some motif carvings, all probably late 19th century additions.
