Black print on cream paper with handwritten details in black ink. Paper folded in two, three red seals on inner page. Apprentice's indenture for the Bristol Channel, Barry and Cardiff pilot service between William Henry Alfred Ward and David Lewis. Dated 5 October, 1904.
