Cup, tea and saucer
Cup and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, hamispherical cup standing on a foot rim, rounded sides, floriate C-scroll handle; painted with an exotic bird in yellow, brown, red and puce enamels standing on a pile of stones, a branch with yellow fruit issuing to right, and another with puce flowers to left, gilt line at lip, and gilding to handle, green`ermine tail' painted inside. Saucer, also standing on a shallow footring, is painted with an exotic bird in blue, yellow, red and puce, perching on a branch issuing from rocks bearing foliage and yellow, red and puce flowers, gilt line at rim.
