Teapot and cover from a miniature cabaret service, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided foot rim, indented above with a moulded ridge, ovoid body with raised flared collar; serpent head spout with moulded anthemion at base; high loop handle with palmette moulding and floret embossed disk; slightly domed cover with acorn finial; finely painted in polychrome enamels with small sprays of garden flowers, including morning glory, tulip, and roses; gilt finial, spout and handle mouldings high-lighted in gilt, gilt foot rim,and lip.
