Pot and cover
Pot, earthenware, moulded in the form of a bundle of asparagus, inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, reeded sides encircled by two moulded staves, round domed cover moulded in the form of the tips of the asparagus; covered all over with a cream ground, the moulded staves and the rim of the cover painted with silver lustre which is very worn around the rim of the cover, the reeded sides of the pot and the asparagus tips to the cover decorated with short diagonal lines in silver lustre. The tips of the asparagus to the cover chipped.
