Wagon
Slate slab wagon, from the Berwyn Slate Quarry. Wooden frame, consisting of rectangular sectioned balks of timber, is mounted on two axles. Each axle is fitted with two double-flanged wheels, which are free to slide to gauge on the axles. A strip of steel extends the length of the wagon, with a hole at both ends, probably intended as a drawbar (for horse haulage?).
