Stand for sauce tureen
Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Stand for sauce tureen, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided foot rim curving into slightly cushion moulded and curved spreading sides; border of moulded acanthus leaves to cavetto; painted with six sprays of three pink full bloom roses around the edge, between gilt leaf sprigs, and one spray in the centre; gilt dentil lip and gilt band to cavetto.
