Sugar bowl with cover
Sugar bowl and cover, soft-paste porcelain, pear-shaped body with ribbed sides narrowing at the base which is circular and moulded into six triangular feet, two side loop handles with spurs on the lower terminals and with thumbrests on the upper terminals, domed cover with a ring finial; the top of the bowl and the base are banded with moulded scrolls overpainted with gilt flourishes, each side of the bowl is painted with a gilt sprig, the centre of the bowl and the rim and the cover are circled with gilt line borders.
