Shoe pincers used for extracting nails and ripping off old soles and heel lifts from shoes. The two jaws are bevelled on the underside, and flat on top. Called 'Black Cutting Nipper' in the catalogue of the maker, George Barnsley and Son, Sheffield, 1927.
