Patchwork quilt
Patchwork quilt from Glansevern House, near Welshpool. Unknown maker. Made from printed and plain cottons of 19th century date. Central square of hexagans, border of strips of light and dark brown. Four squares in each corner. Edged with prairie points. On both sides, the corners have the initials H O for Humphreys-Owen embroidered in chain stitch.
