Plate of soft-paste porcelain, standing on a straight edged foot rim, spreading sides, the cavetto painted with a botanical rendering of the Madagascar Periwinkle, (pink flowered), the rim with a three leaved sprig, three ivy leaves and berries and an insect, all in gilt with a broad gilt edge to the rim.
