ast iron lever-type cheese press painted dark green. Two vertical posts supported on decorative semi-circular legs, connected by circular horizontal plate near base. Sinker lowered along central vertical iron screw by means of an iron crank wheel. Extra pressure provided with iron weight suspended from a long notched lever.
