Mustard pot and cover
Mustard pot, hard-paste porcelain, spreading foot, globular body, cylindrical neck, grooved loop handle, round domed cover with a semi-circular indentation to one side of the rim and a ball finial to the centre; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the upper body of the pot a border between two gilt lines of floral garlands between blue rosettes, a looping gilt foliate sprig border around the centre of the body of the pot and the top of the cover, a band of gilt foliage around the neck of the pot, gilt lines around the foot-rim and lip-rim of the pot and around the rim of the cover, the handle and finial painted in gilt.
