Seal impression: Criccieth common seal
A central battlemented tower with doorway,flanked by two smaller similar towers; upon the dexter, a dragon with floriated tail; upon the sinister, a man, his feet dangling over the edge and blowing a horn; all enclosed by a curtain wall with two smaller watch-towers; beaded border. The legend is rudely engraved; the initial S is reversed, and the second C should read D.
