Post-Medieval pottery drinking vessel
About c1800-1820/30 in date. The heartsease and primrose pattern is also seen on the 'Boy piping' pattern (Coysh & Henrywood. 1982. P53) which may suggest the same pattern or at least maker. Possibly a Cambrian potteries example?
