Roman copper alloy flat headed stud
(a) flat head with slightly turned back edges, grooved decoration around edge (b) flat head with slightly turned back edges, traces of silvering on the head. Found with a fragment of leather, c. 12 by 7 mm, still attached. (c) flat head with turned back edges, traces of 'silvering'. Edge largely missing. (d) small, slightly domed stud or possibly the center part of a larger stud. Badly corroded
