Hand lamp used by a Police Officer from the Monmouthshire Constabulary, mid 20th century. Battery operated. Black painted metal case with circular surround for glass bulb. No cover over bulb. 2 folding handles and belt clip at back. Maker's name moulded into top : EVER READY MADE IN ENGLAND.
