Albert Medal, gold, presented to Isaac Pride
Albert Medal, Land, First Class (No. 3) presented to Isaac Pride for saving life at the Tynewydd Colliery disaster, 1877. Gold Albert Medal, oval shape, centre 'A' inverted by 'V' s surrounded by a garter in which 'FOR GALLANTRY IN SAVING LIFE ON LAND' surmounted by a queen's crown; loop suspension with a crimson and white silk ribbon. In original red box with inscription in gold letters stamped on top of cover.
Presented to Isaac Pride, Collier, for saving life at Tynewydd Colliery, April 1877.
