Teapot, from a cabaret service, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, with a green-tinged white translucency; standing on a ridged pedestal foot, bulbous ovoid shape, upright collar with an ogee profile; spout with scallop moulded base, bordered by dentil moulding; loop handle with leaf moulding; slightly domed inset cover, with intertwined dolphins finial; painted with diagonal rows of three pink roses alternating with three gilt c-scrolls and red berries, all below a gilt c-scroll border; gilt dotted and c-scrolled border to collar and inside collar; gilt detail to spout, handle and finial; gilt bands to foot and collar.
