Site Name: Valle Crucis Abbey, Llantysilio-yn-Ial

Notes: Traditionally associated with Valle Crucis Abbey. Little is known about its history or the circumstances of its discovery. The ring passed to Roger Curteis by gift in 1980. It was previously owned by Miss Essex Hylton, who used to live in Llangollen. She gave the ring to Mrs A.K.Morrell of Plas Yolyn in 1909
