Full Title - 'Report of the Committee on the Amendment of the General Regulations Governing the Use of Electricity in Mines Under the Coal Mines Act, 1911'. A 55-page booklet on off-white paper, stapled together, with black printed text. From loose inside a black leather hardback cover (along with other coal mining regulations, bills etc) with the 'British Thomson-Houston Company / Electrical Engineering Manufacturers / Rugby' printed on it. The report is divided into ten sections.
