Chambers, William South Wales Pottery (1839 - 1855)
Miniature plate, earthenware, circular shape with inset base, curving sides and spreading rim; transfer-printed in brown with to the centre of the well a clock face showing the hours in arabic numerals and with the minutes in fifteen minute divisions, also in arabic numerals, in a circular band around the hours, the hands of the clock show 4 o' clock, the clock face is inscribed "W. Chambers", the printing slightly worn.
