Line-impressed. Carpet pattern: each tile bears a double-outline square set diagonally containing four oak-leaves joined at the centre; in each corner a trefoil springing from the square. Haughmond Abbey (Lunt & Lisk forthcoming no.2) Chirbury Priory; Ireland: unprovenanced (eames & Fanning 1988, L15). Cf.734 and 743 which are variants of this design.
