Late Iron Age iron dagger
Upper part probably of a dagger; of iron. The guard, ogee-shaped, of thin bronze survives, as does the oval ring also of bronze which terminated the (lost) grip of bone or wood. The blade is broad, thicken to the centre but with no definite rib.
