Cup, tea and saucer
Tea cup and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, tea cup standing on a foot rim, tall, flared sides, slightly everted lip, scroll handle; decorated in polychrome enamels, on one side with two figures seated in a landscape, a male playing a flute whilst a female holds a music book open, trees and sculpture to left, three flower sprigs around handle on other side, gilt highlighting to handle and gilt border to lip. Saucer standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, slightly everted lip; decorated in polychrome enamels, the centre with two seated figures in a landscape, a female recling with a fan and a male with his hands out to her, vase and trees behind, gilt border to lip.
